Raspberry jelly

Ingridients:
  • gelatine, 20 gr.
  • water, 0.75 l.
  • sugar, 200 gr.
  • raspberry , 350 gr.

Art of preparing

Soak the gelatin in cold water for an hour. Then, remove the gelatin from the cold water and combine it with several tablespoons of hot water. Cook over low heat and melt the gelatin stirring. Wash the raspberries under running water and rub them through a sieve. Combine raspberry juice with sugar and melted gelatin. Serve congealed in small bowls.
