Cocoa pudding

Ingridients:
  • butter, 60 gr.
  • eggs, 1 pieces
  • sugar, 160 gr.
  • milk, 0.25 l.
  • cocoa, 20 gr.
  • flour, 200 gr.
  • baking powder, 0.75 pieces
  • salt, 1 pinch

Art of preparing

Mix the fat with egg adding slowly sugar, cocoa and some milk. Add flour and rest of the milk. Combine everything well. Add salt and baking powder. Put the mixture into a pudding griddle and cover it tightly. Place the griddle into a pot with boiling water and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. When pudding is done open the griddle and let pudding cool in it. Then, remove the pudding from griddle and place it on a platter. Serve with fruit sauce.
