Art of preparingRinse meat, strew with salt.Heat fat in small pan, fry meat in fat, strew with cumin.Put in to oven, pour whole meat with sauce (from meat) while roasting. Pour water, when vaporizes.Cut onion in slices, add it to sauce while roasting. Strew meat with marjoram.Roast beef until meat it’s tender ( ca. 1 hour ), cool, take out of sauce, clean surface from fat and cut thin across.Put whole on long plate, put onion on meat. |
