Coffee souffle

  • Number of servings : four
Ingridients:
  • powder sugar, 150 gr.
  • potato flour, 20 gr.
  • margarine , 20 gr.
  • eggs, 3 pieces
  • coffee, 3 teaspoon

Art of preparing

Dissolve coffee in 1 / 2 glass of water (boil the decoction of coffee grain, ground). Cocoa mix with water and boil. Separated from the yolk whites; rub yolks with half the sugar on a pair , Beat foam from whites, at the end of add rest of sugar. Stir the potato flour with four tablespoons of cold water. Add to egg yolks coffee and potato flour mixed with water and beat the mass thickens. Mix all the ingredients. Refractory strew with fat, lay out the mass. Bake in heated oven for about 20 minutes.
