Ingridients:
  • salt, 1 pinch
  • bread-crumbling, 20 gr.
  • butter, 10 gr.
  • margarine , 5 gr.
  • eggs, 10 gr.
  • onion , 30 gr.
  • bread, 20 gr.
  • meat, 80 gr.

Art of preparing

Roll soak in milk or water. Meat left from previous day (cooked or baked) and the pressed roll grind. Dice the onion and fry in margarine. To the ground mass add the onions and spices - form carefully. From mass form slips, cover with the breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil well.
