Art of preparingCube orange and lemon zest into small pieces. Mix egg yolks with sugar, cream cheese and potatoes. Mix it until smooth and fluffy. Add lemon and orange zest and vanilla stick. Whip the foam out of egg whites and combine it with cream cheese mixture. Put the mixture into a pudding griddle and cover it tightly. Place the griddle into pot with boiling water and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. When pudding is done open the griddle and let pudding cool in it. Then, remove the pudding from griddle and place it on a platter. Serve cold or hot sprinkled with vanilla sugar or sauced with vanilla sauce. |
