Liver pate

Ingridients:
  • liver, 2 kg.
  • salo, 500 gr.
  • pork, 500 gr.
  • onion , 4 pieces
  • eggs, 2 pieces

Art of preparing

Slice 2 kilos of liver with no webs, grind it with 500 g salo and 500 g pork. Grind also some withered mushroomes soaked in water and 4 onions (scorched with boiling water). Stir the meat exactly with onion and mushrooms, add salt, pepper and some nutmeg, 2 raw eggs and a glass of cold broth. Make it whole well with hands, fill in jars and sterilize: big jars- 1h 50 min., small- 1h. 35 min.
