Art of preparingSort peas, rinse it and soak in boiled, cooled water. On next day boil it in the same water. When peas it’s soft add salt, strain it precisely, then vaporize it and grind in machine. Add eggs to peas, cut in cube and browned onion (on 2 da of fat), add salt, pepper, minced dill, mix precisely all ingredients. In crumbling shape carefully small oval cutlets. Fry them from both sides. Put on long plate. Serve with tomato sauce or with vegetables salad. |
